People, Peace and Power
This book was based on my doctoral research. My aim in writing it was to make available to others the theory and tools I had ‘magpied’, synthesised and developed for myself and the knowledge I had gleaned about facilitating workshops for training and dialogue.
What distinguishes this book from any others I know is the collection of detailed, first person workshop accounts, which give some insight what this kind of work feels like.
